1. About the Cooperative Structure

Gypsy Soul Healing is an active member practice within Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op, a cooperative of holistic practitioners organized under IRC §508(c)(1)(A). Samekia and affiliated practitioners are Licensed Ecclesiastical Holistic Practitioners credentialed through the Guardian Ecclesiastical Holistic Association (GEHA), a d/b/a of GEMA (Guardian Ecclesiastical Medical Association, Inc.), a 501(c)(3) religious/charitable non-profit organization.

The cooperative was formed to provide educational, holistic wellness support across the country through virtual care, individualized programs, functional lab education, herbal apothecary guidance, and a connected community.

2. Nature of Services

All services, content, 1:1 consultations, 18-week restoration journeys, apothecary guidance, and community offerings provided by Samekia at Gypsy Soul Healing and Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op are educational in nature and are intended for personal wellness, nervous system support, and learning purposes only.

Our practitioners do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Services are not a substitute for the care of a licensed medical professional. You are responsible for seeking medical care when appropriate and for continuing any prescribed medical treatment under the direction of your physician.

The educational guidance offered is grounded in the GEHA framework and operates within the scope of the GEHA Code of Operations.

3. Governing Documents

Different relationships within Gypsy Soul Healing and Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op are governed by distinct agreements:

• For clients engaging in 1:1 practitioner care: The GEHA LifeCare Member Agreement governs the practitioner-client relationship. You will be required to sign this Agreement as part of your intake prior to your first session with Samekia.
• For community & wellness program members: Specific program or community enrollment agreements govern your participation and access to materials.
• For cooperative practitioners: The Practitioner Participation Agreement governs the practitioner-cooperative relationship.

4. Consultations & Booking Policies

When booking a 1:1 Consultation ($150/hr), Discovery Session, or Wellness Program with Samekia, you agree to the following:

• Card on File: Consultations and program bookings require a valid card on file. You authorize Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op / Gypsy Soul Healing to charge your card for scheduled sessions, related fees, or late cancellation fees.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
  • More than 24 hours in advance: No charge.
  • Within 24 hours: 50% of session fee charged to card on file.
  • No-shows / missed appointments: 100% of session fee charged to card on file.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

All consultations, programs, functional labs (HTMA, digestive, hormonal), and apothecary formulations are paid for in advance unless an installment schedule is established.

• Consultations are non-refundable once the session has occurred.
• 18-Week Restorative Journeys and packages are non-refundable and non-cancellable upon receipt of the first payment or deposit. Clients on installment plans remain responsible for all scheduled installment payments through the end of the term.
• Functional lab test kits are non-refundable once ordered.
• Handcrafted apothecary formulations, custom tea blends, and tinctures are non-refundable once shipped due to safety and health regulations.

6. Multi-State Virtual Care

Gypsy Soul Healing and Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op provide virtual, educational holistic support to clients across the United States. Our practitioners operate through GEHA's ecclesiastical licensure and are not state-licensed medical health care providers.

1. How We Collect & Use Information

Gypsy Soul Healing and Ginger Rose Wellness Co-Op collect personal information required to deliver high-quality holistic care, fulfill apothecary orders, and maintain communication:

• Contact details: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
• Booking details: Scheduled appointments, session notes, and preferences.
• Intake forms: Health history, symptoms, lifestyle habits, and goals provided voluntarily by clients.
• Payment data: Processed via secure third-party processors (e.g. Stripe). Raw card numbers are never stored on our servers.

2. Client Health Records Privacy

Your health history, symptom mapping, HTMA lab results, and consultation records belong strictly to the practitioner-client relationship between you and Samekia.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal or health information to third parties or advertisers under any circumstances.

3. Third-Party Secure Platforms

To safely manage our practice, we utilize trusted industry platforms:

• Client Portal & Scheduling: Secure CRM and practice software.
• Payment Processing: Stripe (PCI-compliant encryption).
• Apothecary & Lab Partners: Fullscript and accredited functional testing laboratories.
• Ecclesiastical Credentialing: GEHA records for LifeCare Member Agreements.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to your personal information, request corrections, or opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us.
